Dive into a steamy pile of freshly cooked seafood - choose from a selection of combinations including juicy king prawns, succulent langoustines, sweet lobster, crab, mussels & more!
All our seafood boils are cooked with corn on the cob, potatoes and cajun-style sausage and served with a sauce of your choice; Classic Cajun, Garlic butter or Asian-inspired, you can even turn up the heat to your liking by adding some Brighton Hot sauce.
It's fun, it's a bit messy, and it's the kind of meal you'll be talking about for days. It's seafood boil, Brighton style.

Not in the mood to get messy? No problem. Our seafood platters are beautifully presented, and generously loaded with a selection of locally sourced seafood including lobster, oysters, whelks and dressed crab.

"It was the best 'food and fun' night that we have had in Brighton for years - I ordered SIngapore Chilli Crab and it was the most authentic that I have ever had outside of Singapore where I was brought up. Thank the Lord for the bib/apron that was provided because it was a seriously hands on feast!"
